| David L. Mason Jr., MSEE, MBA |
| Founder and Chief Executive Officer |
| David L. Mason Jr. serves as Founder and CEO of the company.
Mr. Mason is responsible for the technology development and overall strategic
direction of the company. Mr. Mason has spent his professional career managing strategic development
activities for various types of electronic product designs and communication systems. He has also spent many
years in strategic product development for a world leader in secure, tactical, handheld miniature radio equipment,
of which many customers were the U.S military. During his career, Mr. Mason has also worked for a spin-off company
from a major Satellite solutions provider, where he spent many years developing a satellite (VSAT) communications
solution, targeting third world countries. Mr. Mason holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science
in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from The
George Washington University. |

| Eric V. Jackson Jr., MD, MBA |
| Chief Medical Officer |
| Eric V. Jackson, MD. serves as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Jackson is responsible
for ensuring that all aspects of the medical application meet the needs of physicians, medical staffers and
hospitals. Dr. Jackson has spent his professional career in critical care medicine at the Center for Immersive
Simulation and Telemedicine at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He has significant experience in organizing
local, regional, and international healthcare programs. He has worked with various governments around the world
to arrange educational venues for medical organizations. Dr. Jackson has worked with simulation training programs
for The Johns Hopkins Simulation Center and has converted common medical curricula into a format appropriate for
telemedicine and simulation venues. He also has experience in policy-based procedures for patient safety and the
reduction of medical errors. Dr. Jackson has worked extensively in Pediatric Anesthesiology & Critical Care Medicine,
and is an Associate Fellowship Director for Pediatric Anesthesiology at John Hopkins. Dr. Jackson received a Bachelor
of Science in Zoology from Howard University, an M.D. from Temple University and a Masters of Business Administration
from The George Washington University. |

Desma Kelly |
| Communications Director |
As the Director of Communications for Global Six, Desma Kelly brings both talent and passion as a communications and marketing professional, who manages the direction and dissemination of all corporate information to the public and to the company’s client base and guides the overall corporate communications strategy, corporate messaging and media/marketing campaigns. Ms. Kelly assists the company’s executive team with business development objectives and establishing positive and professional relationships with clients through strategic communications, as well as through securing visible and impactful engagements at industry events. Her professional background and experiences span the areas of writing and editing, management consulting, and finance, all of which greatly strengthen her performance and positively influence the level of professional support and insight that she provides Global Six. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Kelly served as an independent communications and editorial consultant to small Washington-area businesses.
Ms. Kelly is a graduate of George Mason University and holds a BA in English (Writing). She also has a strong background in electronic meeting facilitation and conducting focus groups for management consulting-related projects |

| Shola Oyewole, MSTE, MBA |
| Mr. Oyewole serves on the board of directors and as a company advisor.
Mr. Oyewole is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of United Therapeutics Corporation (NASDAQ:UTHR),
a publicly-traded biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of
unique products for patients with chronic and life-threatening cardiovascular and infectious diseases.
Mr. Oyewole is responsible for providing direction and leadership for a workforce totaling 160 employees
in over 10 different offices throughout the U.S and the U.K. His responsibilities span all divisions of
planning, as well as in the procurement and implementation of information technology systems, used to enhance
the efficiency and effectiveness of services. He also provides leadership advice on issues related to the
use of telecommunications technology. Shola received his Bachelors of Science in Electronics & Electrical
Engineering from the University of Ife in Nigeria, a Masters of Science in Technology of Management from The
American University and a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University. |

| Gary Luefschuetz, ESQ, CPA, MBA |
Mr. Luefschuetz serves on the board of directors and as a company advisor. Mr. Luefschuetz is
currently a Partner at Accenture where he serves as a Chief Operating
Officer for a portfolio of Accenture’s largest and most strategic accounts. Prior to Accenture, Mr. Luefschuetz
served as a Principal in the Global Operations Organization at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., where he led Acquisition
Team operations for the Booz Allen Hamilton Global Commercial and Global Integrated Markets, a collective $1 billion
enterprise. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. Luefschuetz served as the Director of Operations for the Global Public
Sector and Federal Government Groups at the Unisys Corporation. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Luefschuetz served as
President of Compliant Solutions, Inc., where he provided consulting and management advisory services to a variety
of clients in the areas of sales and professional services strategy, legal counsel, risk management, financial management,
and audit and tax services.
Prior to Compliant Solutions, Mr. Luefschuetz served as Vice-President of Operations for PeopleSoft Global Services,
a $1 billion dollar entity. Mr. Luefschuetz's staff of over 250 employees was responsible for providing all sales,
consulting and training operations for 4,500 consultants and 200 trainers world-wide. While at PeopleSoft,
Mr. Luefschuetz also served in a variety of roles in the areas of finance, legal, risk management, and operations.
Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Mr. Luefschuetz served as an Operations Director with Booz Allen Hamilton and as an
accountant and auditor with two regional accounting firms in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Mr. Luefschuetz received a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Tulane University, a Master of Business
Administration degree from The American University, Kogod College of Business, and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate
of The American University Washington College of Law. Mr. Luefschuetz is admitted to the Bar in Maryland and the
District of Columbia. |
